PKL Services Quality Policy
PKL is an Aerospace Maintenance, Training and Logistics Management company that is committed to continual improvement by providing experienced and qualified personnel that meet or exceed customer requirements while implementing processes that maintain AS9110 Rev C and AS9100 Rev D quality standards in a dynamic environment.
PKL Services Quality Objective
Quality objectives are established to support our organizations efforts in achieving our quality policy and reviewed annually for suitability. A single quality objective has been established for the company. PKL will meet 100% of customer requirements outlined in the various contracts. The parameters for acceptance levels for customer quality are outlined in the Quality Control Plans that are specifically designed for each customer. PKLs single quality objective is measured via the completion of customer requirements as prescribed by the internal audit plan and reported in the various monthly reports. Results of meeting the quality objective is recorded in monthly reports and reviewed by top management during the monthly QMS meeting.
PKL Safety Policy and Objectives
PKL Services, Inc. (PKL) Safety Policy applies to everyone in the Company and includes all areas and aspects of the Company’s operations. The management of safety is a primary responsibility of all managers and employees. PKL’s primary objective is creating a safe working environment for all employees. In all operations, we strive to: - Prevent injury to people; - Prevent damage to equipment or property; and to - Prevent harm to the environment. This will be accomplished by continually developing and refining work processes that will identify, reduce and ultimately eliminate safety hazards, incidents, and accidents. All Employees and Management are required to adopt the standard and procedures set forth in the existing and ongoing development of PKL’s Safety Program. Within the Safety Program, it is our Company’s intention to operate in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and external customer safety protocols. PKL supports and will exercise a non-punitive environment for individuals who are intending to prevent an injury or accident by reporting a non-compliance or potential hazard. In addition, PKL adheres to its policy and procedures of an “Open Culture” in all investigative matters where an employee or customer are comfortable and encouraged to be involved. All personnel are responsible to: - Operate in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policy and procedures - Take preventative action to mitigate accidents and incidents - Report any safety hazards or events; - Collaborate with management on developing systems and processes for ensuring compliance PKL’s objective is to improve its safety performance through continuous monitoring, regular review and applicable adjustments to its Safety Program. PKL will continuously strive to: - Provide sufficiently skilled and trained employees to implement safety strategies and processes. - Ensure that all members are provided with adequate, appropriate information and training. - Ensure personnel are competent in safety processes and procedures and are allocated duties that are commensurate with their skills. - Ensure externally supplied systems and services to support PKL operations are delivered to meet both PKL’s and our customers safety standards. Safety is a core value within this Company, and we believe in providing our employees and customers with a safe and healthy working environment.
